Mark BagshawMark has great breadth of experience, and appears most frequently as a Crown Court advocate. His cases have included murder, rape, organised crime, robberies and extradition. He is equally adept at dealing with remands and trials in the Magistrates' Court - for privately-paying clients as well as those on legal aid - and at assisting clients at the police station. He has also made regular appearances before the Court of Appeal, with a good record of success.

Besides a high degree of confidence, expertise and experience, being a Solicitor Advocate with rights of audience in the higher courts enables Mark to bring huge advantages to the clients and to the firm.

In addition to his own skills as an advocate, Mark has built up over the years an extensive network of contacts with specialist barristers who can be deployed in cases when this is the most suitable option, and with highly competent scientific and expert witnesses to call upon when needed.
